Topics Education: About Us

Founded in 1995 by a former educator, Topics Education is based in Charlotte, NC. We design educational programs and communications strategies that vary widely by target market, media format, and client goals.

For any project, our number one goal is to "meet people where they are,” striving first to engage, then to educate. We design programs that achieve educational impact by shaping attitudes and changing behavior toward positive ends, and we measure and report on that impact to our clients.

Our client list is varied. So who hires us?

•    Organizations that face new or changing legislation (such as banks, health care organizations, and public utilities);
•    Publishers looking to migrate content from print to interactive channels;
•    Marketing, advertising, and public relations agencies whose clients need a new channel, a different delivery model or an overall complement to their marketing outreach;
•    Non-profits (such as foundations, charitable organizations, and philanthropic entities) seeking to inform and educate a sector of the community;
•    Production or media-related events (such as launch of TV, cable series, or movie); and
•    Trade associations and groups that seek to elevate or shine light on an issue(s) (such a chambers of commerce, state bank associations).
